Hortense Robinson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hortense Robinson (Oakville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 19, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Hortense is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Hortense's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Scarlett Beaulieu, Juliene Smith, Nodia Robinson and Barbara Bennette; and her siblings, Adassa and Vincent. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, her many nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oakview Funeral Home (56 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1C7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
