“I occasionally worked out of the same office as Ian in Oakville and he always put a smile on my face whenever I saw him. I am sure my multitude of IT issues were annoying and I was probably his most frequent visitor... it was a bit of a running joke between us. But he was always so kind and patient with me. I will always remember his big grin whenever I asked him to slow down on the IT lingo. I was so sad to hear of his passing and my thoughts are with his family. Ian, rest in love and peace.”
