She was predeceased by: her husband Behnam; her sisters, Iqbal and Emman; and her son-in-law Kamal. She is survived by: her children, Bassam (Jina), Lina, Lilian (Wathek) and Vivian (Khaled); her grandchildren, Mayar, Nayar, Sammuale, Chantel, Ransi, Nancie, Macy, Ramiz, Rafi, Mera and Omar; and her siblings, Wessam and Lu'ay. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
