With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iva Silva of Oakville, Ontario, who passed away on February 15, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Iva, Arminda and Zulmiro; her grandchildren, Marc, David, Amanda and Daniel; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Avery and Nathan; and her children-in-law, Yvette and Jose.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakview Funeral Home (56 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1C7). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Parish (231 Morden Rd, Oakville, ON L6K2S2). A burial was held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
