He was predeceased by : his wife Marie; and his siblings, Pearl, Jane, Jean, Kenneth, Eugene, John and Glendon.

He is survived by : his children, Wendy (Kenneth), Ivan Jr. (Sally) and Debbie Lynn Hillard; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Shawn), Arthur (Jessica), Josie (Manny), Heather, Katie, Tyler, Gordon (Sonya), Tommy and Robert; and his children, Smokey, Boots, Shadow and Jazz.

In lieu of flowers we are asking for a donation to the Mississauga Animal Shelter (https://www.gofundme.com) as he loved animals and had a special bond with Jazz, as anyone who knew him, he could spend hours telling stories about their adventures together.
