We bid farewell to Joan Graham (Oakville, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 12, 2025 at the age of 91. Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Russell Graham; her daughter Nancy Graham; and her siblings, Rhona Layton and Barry Ledwidge. She is survived by: her sister Diane Hempey (Paul); her children, Cynthia Graham (John), Heather Graham (Tim), Zena Reynolds (Steve) and Derek Graham (Lori); her son-in-law Scott Kerr; her grandchildren, Kyle Kerr (Laura), Rosie Bancroft, Jack Bancroft, Kate Kerr, Emily Graham and Jessica Graham; and her great grandchild Nora Kerr.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga would be welcome.
