With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Albert Vet (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Emmie; his children, Elaine (Ted Parkinson), Paul (Jill) and Caroline (Jim Yurchuk); his grandchildren, Eric Parkinson (Teal), Jenny (Dean Broadfoot), Cassie (Cyle Hatch), Emily (Jozef Duijvestein), Jacob Vet, Emmie Yurchuk and Evan Yurchuk; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Owen, Avery, Ross, Heidi, Caroline, Anna, Lily, Logan and Lucas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home (64 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1W1). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews Catholic Church (47 Reynolds St, Oakville, ON L6J3J9).
