It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Arthur (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Keith Arthur to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his brother Joe. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his daughters, Susan (Vince Mendes) of Franca and Louise (Will Elias); his grandchildren, Emilie, Maddy, James, Justin and Amy; and his brothers, George and Phil. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

“Dear Maureen and family, I had the pleasure of working with Keith in Toronto when we were both marine surveyors at Toplis & Harding Canada Inc. in the 1990's. We were both Captains and had a special bond for the sea and many great memories. I considered Keith my friend and a mentor and after both of us moved on from our mutual employment we kept in touch with each other for over 25 years through emails and occasionally by phone.
