He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Forhan and Linda Forhan; and his brother Mitchell James Forhan. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Forhan, Christopher Forhan (Taylor) and Mitchell Forhan; his siblings, Karen Bragg (David) and Jefferey Forhan (Mary); his grandsons, Logan (Mark) and Colton; his significant other Kelly Powell; his nephew Michael Bragg; his niece Jessica Weston (Tom); his cousin Tom Davies; his uncle Trevor Davies; and his pet Brindy.
