He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Owen Silvera and Angele Silvera; his wife Claudia Silvera (Miss Lace); his siblings, Peggy, Carmen, Shelagh and Michael (Buddy); his children, Claudette (Carl), Peta-Gaye (Pierre), Catherine (Dave), Bridget (Luther), Micheal, Arthur and Laurie; his grandchildren, Aaron, Andrew, Caroline, Tanya, Jessica, Alex, Shelby and Robyn; and his great grandchildren, Harper J, Harrison, Bowen, Morgan, Wesley, Maude and Audrey.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Milton District Hospital.
