She was predeceased by : her brother Anthony. She is survived by : her husband Jim; her children, Barbara (Chris), Bob (Lori), Shelley, Joelle and Jeff (Sara); her grandchildren, Graham (Natasha), Bradley (Mélanie), Alicia, Robbie (Lindsay), Ian (Michelle), Danielle (Andrew), Morgan, Kyra, Ronin, Sullivan and Oliver; and her siblings, Benny (Louise), Josephine (Ronnie), Marianne (John), Patsy (Kerry), Jeanne (Nino), Jimmy, Theresa and Lorraine. She is also survived by her many Nieces, Nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sick Kids Hospital, a charity very close to Margaret's heart.
