She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Kevelighan and Tillie Kevelighan; and her brothers-in-law, Howard Beardslee, John Oulton and Mike Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Helm of Kincardine; her children, Debi Taylor (Tom) of Ohio, Sheli Disher of New Jersey and Lori Lafreniere (Philippe) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Haley (Lawrence), Caitlyn (Max), Kelsey (Keith), Madison (Alex), William (Taylor), Kendra (Jefferson), Caleb, Kayla and Holly; and her siblings, Judy Beardslee, Charlene Oulton, Janice Adkins, Thom Kevelighan (Marina), Denise Webb (Gary) and Sharon Douglas (Tom). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
