She is survived by: her children, John Jeffrey (Tina Gemmiti) and Jennifer Anne (Sean Girard); her former husband Jack O'Neill; her grandchildren, Kennedi (Mike), Calem (Heather), Karis and Kylie (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Adyson and Carson; and her siblings, Judy (Al), Jim (Betty) and Paul (Patrea). She is also survived by loving aunt to her nieces and nephews.
