“Very sad to hear of Mike’s sudden passing. I worked with him over the phone for the last 3 years. He was our support for our Maitre’d system at my place of work. Always so lovely, funny, patient and was extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunate I never got to meet him in person. “I only worked with Q for 10 years. He was happy, funny, kind, and honest with good karma who had a wealth of knowledge on many subjects, and a stock-hold of great stories. We had a book club that never had meetings. lol, we just passed around our books and gave quick critiques because the phones were ringing.
