With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Milan Vasalic (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Djuro and Jela; his siblings, Radmila and Vladimir; and his brother-in-law Strahinja.

He is survived by : his wife Danica; his children, Tanya (Mario) and Yelena (John); his grandchildren, Tommy and Amanda; his siblings, Zora and Ljuba; and his brothers-in-law, Nenad and Miroslav. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and godchildren as well as extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 20th 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A reception was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home Reception Lounge (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada and Trillium Health Partners Foundation are appreciated by the family.
