In loving memory of Patricia Coskey (Oakville, Ontario), born in Calgary, Alberta, who departed this world on December 29, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her husband Keith; her parents, Mary Rackham and James Rackham; and her brothers, Jim and Doug Rackham.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Kathy) and Bruce; her granddaughters, Shannon Rock (Trevor) and Meaghan Coskey (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Lochland and Scarlett.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home and Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:15 PM at the Glen Oaks Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A reception will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada or the Residents Council Fund (Extendicare Burloak).
