With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter John Kaps (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on February 20, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Peter departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Peter. Though Peter may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Peter Kaps (Margaret Kaps); his spouse Mei Yu; and his pet Chinca.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Knox Presbyterian Church (89 Dunn St, Oakville, ON L6J3C8).
