“I remember Phil from Calvary Baptist Church where he attended with his parents or perhaps only his mother. I was much younger than him (by 20 years) and remember as a little boy him being an informal “greeter” who was incredibly interested in every detail we would share with him. He had a brilliant, photographic memory and would always greet you and demonstrate genuine interest in your life. I know he was very loved and cherished by many and that he loved the Lord.”
