With solemn reverence, we commemorate Rita D'Auria (Oakville, Ontario), whose life came to an end on May 5, 2026 at the age of 93, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco; her grandson Franco (Victoria); and her parents, Maria Monti and Raimondo Monti. She is survived by: her children, Davide (Tina), Raymond (Sue) and Anna (Anthony); her grandchildren, Anthony (Kate), Marco (Delia), Jesse (Jen), Shandy, Deanna (TJ), Brandon, Alessia (Sean) and Philip; and her great grandchildren, Jessey Jr., Jackson, Bruce, Divina, Marina of Karina, TJ and Clementine.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oakview Funeral Home (56 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1C7). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A reception will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oakview Funeral Home (56 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1C7).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society, Heart and Stroke, or Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
