We bid farewell to Robert Michael Hanna (Oakville, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 1, 2026 at the age of 91. Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Robert's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Robert has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hanna and Emma Aziz; his spouse Heike Emma Hanna; and his brother George Peter Hanna. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Frances Hanna (Malcolm) and William Alexander Hanna (Barbara). He is also survived by his mother, siblings, children and grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Saint John the Baptist (233 Av. Sainte-Claire, Pointe-Claire, QC H9S4E3).
