He is survived by: his wife Vera; his children, Diana Kealey (Devin), David Spotton (Cindy) and Audra Crawford (Greg); his grandchildren, Daniel, Tyler, Matthew, Rachel, Danielle (Mike), Alyssa (Dave), Scarlett, Ella and Sienna; his entire extended Pike; his pets, Kobe and Ozzy; his son Murray; his daughter-in-law Vera; and his daughter Vera.
