It is with sadness that the passing of Shirley Sevigny (Oakville, Ontario) is shared. Shirley, born on May 16, 1939, passed away on September 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Maurice; and her son Richard. She is survived by: her children, Peter (Laura Coward), Marc (Anna Hayes) and Lisa (Christopher Hofstatter); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rachel, Daniel, Ashley, Sabrina, Ryan and Adam; her great grandchildren, Arthur, Harper, Nora, Elias, Evan, Finn, Rowan and Gustav; and her brother Stuart Thibault (Diane).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A burial will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A reception will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
