With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stjepan Gunja (Oakville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Stjepan Gunja to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Stjepan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Stjepan farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Janko Gunja and Bara Gunja. He is survived by: his wife Marica; his son Damir (Tanja); his grandchildren, Lukas and Nicole; his son Robert (Cheryl); and his granddaughter Vivian.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Glen Oaks Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
