With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theresa Pitman (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on July 1, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Germaine Hospedales and Cyril Ng Lai; and her sister Lourdes Hospedales. She is survived by: her husband John Russel Pitman; her brothers, Kenny Hospedales (Jean) of Burlington and Claude Hospedales (late Theresa) of Markham, Ontario.; her nieces and nephews, Barry, Lisa, Michelle, Alana, Roger and Tracy; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Chantelle, Nicole, Amelie, Marcus and Talia.
