With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Urszula Maria Burkot (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on September 13, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her sibling Gertruda; and also Maksymilian. She is survived by : her husband Andrzej; and her siblings, Andrzej (Jadwiga), Elżunia, Renata (Józef), Jacek (Jolanta) and Ciocia.
