With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vera Anderson (Oakville, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Anderson; her son Brian; and her siblings, Gladys, Lillian, Billy and John.
She is survived by: her daughter Audrey (Roy); her grandchildren, Emma (John), Graham and Jenny (Chris); her great grandchildren, Theo, Freddie, Blake and Brie; and her granddaughter Vera. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A reception was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home Reception Lounge (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
Donations in memory of Vera can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and are appreciated by her family.
