He was predeceased by: his daughter Judy. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Irene Shields; his children, Vivian (Russ), Gloria (Gil), Marsha (late Paul), Bill (Marisa), Chuck (Brenda) and Lisa; his sister Helena McDonald; and his brother-in-law Gordon Thomson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
