Arthur will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Arthur is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Arthur’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Ottenhof and Margaret Ottenhof. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Grant and Tammie Kerr (Andrew); and his grandsons, James, Lucas Kerr (Carley) and Brandon Kerr (Vanessa). He is also survived by sisters, many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Payne Funeral Home (178 Main St, Odessa, ON K0H2H0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
