She is survived by : her children, Taylor Nootenboom (Jason) and Saxon (Brianna); her close friend Adam Slaunwhite; her grandchildren, Hunter, Paisley, Ruby, Gracie, Anna, Alayna and Lucy; her stepdaughter Ava; her parents, Jack Nootenboom and Kathleen Nootenboom; her brother Trevor (Lisa); and her niece Tessa. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
