He was predeceased by : his son Mathew; and his parents, Ron and Thelma "Joan". He is survived by : his sons, Jeremiah (Christa) and Zachariah; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Aiden and Ava; and his siblings, Shelley, Deborah, Julie and Barbara. He is also survived by his close friends and family.
