He was predeceased by : his son Jason David Hicks; and his parents, Joan Hicks and Jay Hicks. He is survived by : his wife Jo Hicks; his brothers, Wayne Hicks and Tony Hicks (Linda); his children, James Welch, Iris Berry and David Berry; and his sister-in-law Carol Anne Coleman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
