She was predeceased by: her husband J. Wesley Milligan; and her daughter Evelyn Peterson (Ron). She is survived by: her sons, John Milligan (Karen) and Allen Milligan; her grandchildren, Lisa Gibbons (Kaleb), Jason Peterson (Laura), Kara Meyer, Joanna Aukema (Chris), Brad Milligan (Sarah), Loriann Milligan-Stewart (late Scott) and Matthew Milligan (Cheri); her great grandchildren, Dakota, Harmony, Nolan, Jayden, Dorian, Landon, Luke, Olivia, Josh, Jocelyn, Scott, Ethan, Jake, Michaela and Buddy; and her great great grandchild Scott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Payne Funeral Home (178 Main St, Odessa, ON K0H2H0). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the Riverside Cemetery (334 Church St, Selby, ON K0K2Z0).
