Brad Jacobs Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brad Jacobs (Ohsweken, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2025 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Evelyn Jacobs and Lloyd Curley. He is survived by: his child Meredith; his mother Patricia; and his siblings, Kassandra and Kobain. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
