With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cassie-Leigh Jacobs in Ohsweken, Ontario, who passed away on May 31, 2021 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parent Jim; her grandparents, Norman Leo Jacobs, Alma Joan Jacobs and Nelles Doxtater; and her great-grandparents, Cassie and Oliver Jacobs.
She is survived by : her parent Leiza Crawford; her siblings, Christopher (Marla), Alexander (Kerri) and Chazz; her grandmother Josephine Sandy (late Dan); her aunt Sonya (Curtis); and her uncle Derek (Bekki). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and extended family.
