She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Sidney Hill and Richard LaForme; and her uncles, Jeff Reid, Wayne Smith and Boss Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Amirah, Kylin and Easton; her parents, Shelley Doxtator and Brad Laforme (Brandy); her siblings, Chantel (Frank), Chelsea, Destinee, Bradley, Robert, Jasmine, Robby Lynn Slayde, Sydney and Selena; her grandmothers, June Antone and Janice Smith; her uncle Wilbur Hill (Lydia); and her friends, Shanna (Justin) and Tana. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
