With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karissa Laforme (Ohsweken, Ontario), who passed away on June 3, 2018 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her grandfathers, Sidney Hill and Richard LaForme; and her uncles, Jeff Reid, Wayne Smith and Boss Smith.
She is survived by : her children, Amirah, Kylin and Easton; her parents, Shelley Doxtator and Brad Laforme (Brandy); her siblings, Chantel (Frank), Chelsea, Destinee, Bradley, Robert, Jasmine, Robby Lynn Slayde, Sydney and Selena; her grandmothers, June Antone and Janice Smith; her uncle Wilbur Hill (Lydia); and her friends, Shanna (Justin) and Tana. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
