She is survived by : her children, Jefferson, Marty, Jamie and Chris; her grandchildren, Kyle, Frayne, Owen and Nolan Jacobs; her great grandchild Nevaeh; and her siblings, Verna Hill, Carman Good, Bill Jacobs, Joyce Jacobs, Dee Green and Glen Jacobs.
