He is survived by: his wife Karen Garlow-Penrose; his brother Darren (Linda); his brothers-in-law, Greg Kelly (Kelli) and Wayne; his nieces and nephews, Lindsay, Maura, Gregory, Terrell, Zachary, Robin, Hollie and Dennis; and his close friends, Bill, John, Lulu and Bootz.
