He was predeceased by: his caregivers, George and Floretta Sault; and his siblings, Dale Trevor and Verna Jonathan. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Jonathan Sault; his sister Bonnie Jonathan; and his niece Ashley Allman of North Carolina.
