He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Poland and Jean Poland; his siblings, Bruce Poland (Carol), Bob Poland (Joyce), Marilyn O'Brien (Tony) and Joanne Kumpf; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Laura Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Kenny, Brian (Melissa) and Kevin (Laura); his grandchildren, Taylor and Claire; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Bailey (Elizabeth), Joyce Poland (Bob) and Jane Young (Mike).
