She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Whiting; and her parents, Ava Broadbent and Ross Broadbent. She is survived by: her children, Connie Bray (Rod), Terry Whiting (Maryanne), Howard Whiting (Colette), Joel Whiting and Rebecca Whiting (Derrick Fulton); her grandchildren, Sarah (Steve), Siobhan (Ivan), Willyn, Holly, Angus, Duncan, Daniel, Stephanie, Lindsay, Emma (Josh), Neil, Kaegan and Robyn; and her great grandchildren, Halle, Knox, Lyra, Toby, Maiden, Layne, Rhett and Beau.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at 4655 Oil Springs Line, Oil Springs, ON N0N1P0. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 12:55 PM and at 1:00 PM at the same location.
