He was predeceased by: his parents, William Banks and Hilda Banks; his brother Emerson Banks; his former wife Lois; and his sister Diane Banks.
He is survived by: his wife Merilyn Banks; his sons, Stephen Banks and Scott Banks; and his grandchildren, Kelsey (Billy), Jacob (Emily) and Liam (Morgan). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
