He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Spratt and Dorrell Spratt; his spouse Isabel; his children, Joanne Verzyl (Phil) and Bryan Spratt (Tanya); his grandchildren, Chantelle, Vannessa, Michael, Mellissa, Amy-Lynn, Britny, Nolan, Zach and Tylar; his siblings, David Spratt (Debbie) and Beverley Barclay (John); and his siblings-in-law, Norman Clark (Nancy) and Margaret.
