He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Nancy; and his sister Barbara Davies. He is survived by: his wife Carla Lehman; his son Dustin; his brother Michael (Fiona); and his brother-in-law Simon Davies. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
