He was predeceased by: his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Upson; his children, Autumn and Tenley; his parents, Carol and James; his sister Crystal Gray (Kenny); his nieces and nephews, Isabel, Ella and Brooklynn; his parents-in-law, Mike and Darlene Jamison; and his brother-in-law Joshua (Karla). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations to a trust fund for his children would be appreciated by the family.
