With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Darwin Gauthier (Orangeville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia; his children, Cole and Chandler; his son-in-law Jonathan; his grandchildren, Ava and Easton; his sister Sandra (Ken); his niece Samantha (Jeff); his great-nephew Brandon (Karina); his great-niece Brittany; and his parents, Emery and Irene.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you raise a glass to The Eagles "Please Come Home for Christmas" in his honour, and to hold your loved ones extra close this holiday season.
