He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucy; his children, Nicole (Gus) and Robert (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Matteo, Sonia and Nicholas. He was also cherished by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (14 Cemetery Rd, Orangeville, ON L9W2Z1).

Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
