He was predeceased by: his parents, Kevin and Lily; his grandparents, Isaac and Flora; his brother Lock; Noble and Valsie Parsons.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Brake; his children, Tracy Parsons (William), Janice Giroux (Gerry) and Matthew; his siblings, Ben (Dinah), Mel (Donna), Norm (Marilyn), Dick (Mary), Murray (Nancy), Warren, Todd (Bernie), Brad (Suzanne), Leo (late Betty-Anne), Renee (Dan), Sherry (Mike), Loria-Ann (Tony), Deanna (Mark) and Jeannie (Glen); and his aunt Jessie. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
