She was predeceased by: her foster sons, Ken (Georgina) of Elmira and Stan (Agnes) of Langton; and her parents, Robert Rusnak and Mary Rusnak. She is survived by: her husband Herbert Francis McPherson; her children, Donald (Marie) of Barrie, Patricia (Ramon Tosh) of Georgetown, Valerie (Doug Leitch) of Erin, Tim (late Lisa) and Michelle of Guelph; her siblings, Nick, Michael, Carol and Nancy; her sisters-in-law, Joan, Maureen, Jan and Wendy; Martha (Jacob) of Simcoe. She is also survived by her loving husband, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Israel and the Ukraine through Broadway Pentecostal Church.
