She was predeceased by: her parents, John Farrugia and Eileen Farrugia; her sister Mary Farley; her niece Mary Anne Farley; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Farrugia.
She is survived by: her husband Terrence; her sons, Thomas (Bria) and Terry; her grandsons, Brendan and Declan; and her brother John Farrugia.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre (21 First St, Orangeville, ON L9W2C8). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Parish (760 St David St N, Fergus, ON N1M2K9). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Assumption Cemetery (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
She was known for holding a confidence, supporting her family's interests, imparting her wise counsel when called upon, her kindness to others, her charity for all, and always seeing the positive side in people she met.
