He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clifford, Doug, Robert Holgate and Beatrice Buzzell; and his parents, Beatrice Miller and Randolph Holgate.
He is survived by: his spouse Lee Pettit; his children, Bradley Kyle Holgate and Rebecca Joan Walker; the mother of his children Christine Holgate; and his sister Heather Geerlings. He is also survived by nephews, extended family, friends, neighbors.
